THE PROJECT NARRATIVE
Function first. Architecture follows.
A three-cabin security system separates vehicle and visitor flows at a marina entrance. Wide sightlines, a shared canopy, barrier infrastructure and exterior finishes suited to the Mediterranean climate shape the scheme, giving the arrival point an orderly and premium identity.
The study separates daily movement, staff and visitor access, service routes and climate response before the exterior language is resolved. Structural grids, utilities, stairs, ramps and shaded thresholds are considered as one coordinated system.
